KeyMetriq is a product of FTR Services d.o.o., Jezerska ulica 5, 10430 Samobor, Croatia (OIB 47506464186). We are the data controller for personal data collected through keymetriq.com. For anything in this policy, write to hello@keymetriq.com.
Waitlist and forms. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you give us and use it to invite you to KeyMetriq, onboard founding members, and send occasional product updates. The legal basis is your consent. You can be removed at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.
Website analytics. We measure this site with KeyMetriq's own tracking widget, the same feature our customers use. While you browse, it records the pages you view, the page that referred you, campaign parameters in links, your browser and operating system family, and your approximate location (country, region, city). Your IP address is used to derive that location and is then discarded: what we store is a hash salted with a value that changes every day, which cannot be reversed and cannot be linked from one day to the next. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.
Preferences. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser and never sent to us.

Waitlist information is kept until the launch follow-up ends or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. The analytics identifier expires one year after your last visit. Analytics events are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@keymetriq.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
Data you connect inside the KeyMetriq application (your customers, orders, finances) belongs to you. We process it on your behalf, solely to provide the product, under our terms of service. A data processing agreement is available on request.
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
When this policy changes we will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be noted prominently on the site.
