Marketing

Your campaigns, measured in revenue, not opens

KeyMetriq follows every send, link, and video from the first click to the checkout, so you report what your marketing earned, not what it might have influenced.

It is 9 a.m. and the campaign report says 42 percent opens, 6 percent clicks, and nothing about money. Your email tool counts opens, your shop counts orders, and your video host counts plays, but nobody connects them, so the question of what actually worked turns into an hour of exporting CSVs and guessing. Half your contacts exist twice, once from the shop and once from the email list, which quietly inflates every audience you build. KeyMetriq stitches every contact into one profile and follows every click to the checkout, so the next report you write is measured in revenue.

Chapter 01

Campaigns measured in revenue

Build and send emails with a drag-and-drop editor, through your existing email platform or directly from KeyMetriq. Your own draft-to-ready workflow runs beside the live platform status, inline comments become tasks, and a verification step checks that the copy on the sending platform still matches what you approved. One click runs an AI review of the draft, checked first against your own house rules (how many calls to action, which days you send, phrases you never use), and approval can be gated until the review comes back clean. A link check opens every link in the email, and nothing moves to ready until it has run and every broken link is fixed. After the send, every campaign shows the revenue it generated, not just opens and clicks.

Example:Dana at Willow Print Co. thought her 44 percent open rate meant the newsletter was working; KeyMetriq showed the real result, 71 orders and $8,920 from a single send.

Chapter 02

First click to checkout

Branded short links on your own domain report which known contact clicked, and every click is counted the instant it happens. With the WordPress plugin the same links run on your apex domain and keep working even if KeyMetriq is briefly unreachable. A per-project UTM builder keeps utm_campaign tied to the launch, so paid, social, and affiliate placements join back to the same report and you see which link, email, or page actually led to each sale. Give each person sharing your launch their own link and see the registrations, buyers and revenue each one brought in. A segment can then gather people by where they came from, a UTM source or campaign, a partner's ?from= code, or a click on one particular short link, so the next email reaches exactly the people a placement brought in.

Example:Marcus traced a $3,400 sales spike at Brightside Coffee back to one Instagram bio link his intern had almost deleted.

Chapter 03

Evergreen deadlines that actually hold

Give each contact their own countdown, started by a tag, an email link click, or a visit to the page. The countdown renders live on your page, and when it hits zero, expired visitors are redirected before the page renders, so the deadline holds instead of politely asking. You can also set one fixed cut-off for everyone, like the replay coming down Sunday at 11:59 pm, and when both apply the earlier one wins. It is a true evergreen funnel without a separate deadline tool.

Example:When the 72-hour timer at Alder Lane Studio expired, returning visitors landed on the closed-cart page before the $195 offer could even load, and late orders stopped sneaking in.

Chapter 04

Subscribers become visitors you recognize

Connect ActiveCampaign, Kit, or MailerLite, or send from KeyMetriq directly, and a subscriber who clicks your email becomes an identified visitor on your site. The identity rides in the click itself, no fingerprinting involved, and the tracking parameter is stripped from the address bar right after capture. From then on their page visits, video views, and purchases land on one profile instead of an anonymous session.

Example:A Kit subscriber at Fernbrook Yoga clicked the launch email and arrived on the sales page as herself, so when the $129 membership sold two days later, Elena knew exactly which email had done it.

Chapter 05

Forms that run the follow-up themselves

Build native forms that act the moment someone submits: tag the contact, add them to a list, set fields, notify a teammate, open a task, send an auto-reply, or register them for a Zoom webinar. Hidden fields capture UTM values, cookies, and page variables on the way in, you can add Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out, and returning visitors are recognized when they come back. Your signup form stops being a mailbox and becomes the first step of the campaign.

Example:Every webinar signup at Sagebrush Pottery now tags the lead, registers them on Zoom, and opens a follow-up task for Quinn in one submit; her last $49 workshop filled without a single copy-pasted email address.

Chapter 06

Attention maps on your real pages

Turn on behavior tracking for a page and KeyMetriq draws engagement over a screenshot of it, section by section: how far people read, which calls to action they click and in what context, even which FAQ entries they open. Desktop and mobile are mapped separately, and bots, email scanners, and your own team's visits are filtered out before anything is counted. A visitor paths view shows the routes people actually take through your site, and those observed routes can be drawn straight onto a project's funnel map. Connect Google Search Console and each page also shows its search side: clicks, impressions, average position, top queries, and Google's own record of whether it is indexed, all marked as Google's data and set beside your own visitor numbers.

Example:The mobile map at Cedar & Twine showed visitors stopping two sections short of the money-back guarantee, so Noah moved it up the page and the next launch stopped losing his mobile readers.

Chapter 07

A/B tests that call the winner

Test page variants against a conversion goal you pick, a thank-you page or entry into a segment. Results come with 95 percent confidence bands and a verdict in plain words: keep running, not enough data yet, or promote the challenger. KeyMetriq can promote the winner automatically, and every experiment has a share link your client or team can open without an account.

Example:An early spike made variant B look like a landslide at Juniper Wellness, but KeyMetriq said keep running, not enough data; two weeks later B won for real, 4.6 percent to 3.2.
