Who we are

KeyMetriq is operated by FTR Services d.o.o., Jezerska ulica 5, 10430 Samobor, Croatia (OIB 47506464186). "KeyMetriq", "we", and "us" mean that company. These terms cover the website at keymetriq.com, the waitlist, and the KeyMetriq application at app.keymetriq.com. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@keymetriq.com.

The website

The content of this site (text, design, illustrations, the mascot) belongs to us or our licensors. You may browse it and share links to it; you may not copy it at scale, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset. Product screens and numbers shown on the site are illustrative examples, not real customer data. Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and commits neither side to anything. It does not guarantee a seat, a price, or a timeline. You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us.

The founding beta

KeyMetriq is currently offered as a founding beta. For founding members:

• The service is a monthly subscription, paid from day one.
• Founding member pricing stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active. If you change tiers, you keep the founding ratio of the tier you move to. If your subscription lapses, founding pricing is not guaranteed to return.
• Instead of a free trial there is a 30-day money-back guarantee: if KeyMetriq is not a fit within your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
• Send volumes and AI usage are fair use: soft caps, visible in your usage settings, with no hard cutoffs. Extreme outliers get a conversation, not an error page.
• Beta means beta: features may change or be reworked, and there is no uptime commitment yet. Your data is backed up and exportable regardless.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and the seats you invite. One subscription covers one business unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your data

The data you bring into KeyMetriq (contacts, orders, documents, finances) stays yours. We process it solely to provide the service, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your account. You can export it at any time. After your account closes we delete it within a reasonable period, or sooner if you ask.

Acceptable use

Use KeyMetriq lawfully. In particular: only send email to people who have consented to hear from you and honor unsubscribes, comply with the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your audience, do not upload content you have no right to process, and do not interfere with the service or resell it without a written agreement.

Payment and cancellation

Billing is monthly during the beta. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and beyond the 30-day guarantee there are no partial refunds. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply to you.

Disclaimers and liability

During the beta the service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law permits. KeyMetriq presents your business and financial data for insight; it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end an account for material breach of these terms, after notice and a chance to remedy where that is practical. Fraud or abuse may lead to immediate suspension.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to paying subscribers by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law, and disputes belong to the courts of Zagreb, Croatia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your own country remain unaffected.
