KeyMetriq is operated by FTR Services d.o.o., Jezerska ulica 5, 10430 Samobor, Croatia (OIB 47506464186). This policy covers every paid KeyMetriq subscription bought at keymetriq.com. Questions go to hello@keymetriq.com.

The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every KeyMetriq subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If KeyMetriq is not a fit within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, email hello@keymetriq.com and we refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked, no forms, and no conditions.

We confirm the refund within two business days and send it to the payment method you paid with. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@keymetriq.com from the email address on your account and tell us which account it is. You can tell us why if you want to; the reason never changes the outcome. A refund under the guarantee ends the subscription, and you can export your data before it closes.

After the first 30 days

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then and we do not charge you again. The unused part of that final billing period is not refunded.

If a problem on our side keeps you from using KeyMetriq for a meaningful part of a billing period, tell us. We will make it right with a credit or a refund for that period.

Founding member pricing

Founding member pricing stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active. A refund under the guarantee releases your founding seat, and founding pricing is not guaranteed to return if you subscribe again later.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from your first purchase under consumer law. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and sits alongside that right; it does not replace it. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes apply to purchases made after the change, and material changes are announced to paying subscribers by email with reasonable notice.
